A cottage cloakroom turned into a wet room. Terrazzo runs wall to wall, so there is nowhere for a tray to look stuck on afterwards.

What we did

Tanked former with a proper fall to the drain
Speckled terrazzo, sealed
Frameless panel and a teak bench on stainless feet
Chrome fittings — easier to replace when the sea air has had a decade

The round window stayed. We moved the drain to suit it, not the other way round.
