Services

Design. Then the kit. Then the fitting.

You see the room in pencil, then as a CAD elevation, before a single slab is ordered. The model and the finished room are signed off together. Most clients then ask us to supply and fit it.

01

Design

Measured drawings, and a plan you can actually price.

We visit, we measure the bits that aren’t square, and we draw the room at a scale a fitter can build from. You get a plan, elevations, and a schedule of what is being bought. If the double vanity will not fit, we say that in the first meeting, not after the stone is cut.

Included

  • Measured survey
  • Plan and elevations
  • A schedule of sanitaryware, taps, tile and joinery
  • One round of revisions after you’ve lived with the drawing

02

Supply

The kit, ordered by the people who drew it.

We buy the suite, the stone, the taps and the board. One delivery schedule, not six voicemails and a missing waste. Lead times are said out loud. Stone is usually the long one. If something is discontinued between drawing and order, we ring you with the alternative before we swap it.

Included

  • Trade supply of the specified items
  • A written lead-time before you pay a deposit
  • Delivery to site, or to us if the house can’t take a pallet
  • Spares noted — cartridges, a spare tile, the paint colour

03

Fitting

Our fitters. Not a chain of people who haven’t met.

Most rooms take one to three weeks on site. We protect the rest of the house, we keep a skip or a van rather than a pile in the hall, and the person who drew the niche knows where it went. At the end there is a snag visit, not a vanished phone number.

Included

  • Strip-out and making good inside the room
  • Plumbing, electrics within the room, tiling, joinery
  • Protection of the route through the house
  • A snag visit, and the spec left with you in writing

What recent jobs cost

A guide, not a price list. Stone, brassware and how awkward the access is will move the number. We’ll tell you which, before you commit.

What we won’t do

  • We don’t come out for a leaking trap at nine in the evening. Call a plumber; then call us if the room needs rethinking.
  • We don’t fit a mood board that has never been drawn. If you already have a builder, we can still do the drawings.
  • We don’t sell you a very expensive tap to distract from a layout that doesn’t work.
